The Ohio Deaf and Blind Education Services (ODBES) 2025-2030 Strategic Plan provides a comprehensive framework aimed at delivering rigorous academic and life-skills offerings to students who are Deaf/hard of hearing, blind/visually impaired, Deafblind, and those with multiple disabilities across the State of Ohio. The plan is structured around five principal priorities: Future-Ready Teaching & Learning Environments, Student-Centered Culture, Student Growth, Community Engagement & Strategic Partnerships, and Operations and Resource Optimization. The overarching vision is to maximize 'Success For Life' for all students through personalized learning, empowering them for post-secondary education and workforce transitions.
