Executive Committee Meeting Minutes

The committee discussed and recommended that City Council authorize the delegation of authority to negotiate and approve funding agreements regarding the Canada Public Transit Fund Baseline Funding. Additionally, the committee recommended that City Council delegate authority to negotiate and approve contribution and funding agreements with the Government of Saskatchewan to provide funding for extreme weather and community-led outreach projects, including the authority to decide on project funding levels for the next five years. The committee also moved to consider the remaining items on the agenda in private session.
