Flatonia Independent School District Regular Meeting
The Board approved several items including a budget amendment for the Fayette County Shared Services Agreement, a retention stipend for full-time employees, budget adjustments for said stipend, and the quarterly investment report. Additionally, the Board approved cafeteria meal pricing, an increase in the per diem rate for overnight travel, an amended school calendar for the upcoming year, and updates to TASB policies. The Board also reviewed various information items, such as the R-PEP program proposal, the ESL program review, staff inservice schedules, UIL requirements regarding Wet Bulb Globe Thermometers, property liability insurance options, the Region 13 annual services contract, the Chromebook Protection Plan, and updates to student and employee handbooks. A construction update and maintenance personnel announcement were also provided.
