The Contract Review Board convened briefly to approve an exemption to reinstate an Intergovernmental Agreement (IGA) with the Oregon Department of Human Services (ODHS). Finally, an amendment to reinstate and increase funding for the ODHS IGA for Title IV-E reimbursements was approved.

Consent items covered delegating authority for CARES Act reimbursement amendments and approving an Intergovernmental Agreement with the State of Oregon for estimated CARES Act reimbursement totaling $9,800,000. Human Resources addressed adjusting pay grades for Nutritionist and Nutrition Specialist classifications. Information Technology sought approval for an amendment to add funds for temporary staffing services. Public Works addressed reappointment of members to the Marion County Planning Commission and approving an amendment to supplement increased costs for the Hayesville Drive project. The meeting agenda included a presentation of the SEDCOR 4th Quarter Report. Under the Consent agenda, the Board considered recommending approval for several OLCC Applications. In Finance, the Board addressed the approval of three property bids for sale. The Treasurer's items involved approving an order distributing timberland revenues and approving resolutions to eliminate or reduce change/petty cash funds at various divisions within the Health Department. Action items included considering a proclamation designating September 2015 as Childhood Cancer Awareness Month, adopting a new classification for Elections and Recording Manager, considering the receipt of a significant STOP Violence Against Women Act Grant for the District Attorney's Victim Assistance office, and considering the second reading and adoption of an ordinance allowing chickens inside urban growth boundaries.
