The joint meeting focused on a school division update presented by the Superintendent, followed by a discussion among the board members.

The meeting consisted of a call to order, the Pledge of Allegiance, and a moment of silence. The agenda included the consideration of addendum items from board members, a presentation to the joint boards, and a discussion among board members.

The scheduled regular monthly business meeting was officially canceled due to a lack of a quorum.
