The CCC Success Coach Program is a strategic initiative focused on providing semi-structured, high-level coaching to approximately 180+ students during the 2022-2023 academic year. The program aims to encourage student persistence to award completion. Coaches will build rapport with students, provide 4-7 coaching interactions per semester, monitor academic performance, collaborate with other staff, and act as liaisons to connect students with resources and support services. The program is currently in a pilot phase with participants including Buffet Scholars and students below standards of progress. Future plans include hiring a full-time director and establishing key metrics to measure program effectiveness.

Central Community College's 2020-2025 Mission, Vision, and Values document outlines a strategic plan focused on maximizing student and community success.
