The board also approved a resolution for cooperative contracting for Milestone Licensing and established a new position for a Heavy Duty Fleet Mechanic. Additionally, the board approved a change to the 2026 board meeting schedule, the First Interim Report for 2025-26, and resolutions for the issuance/sale of 2026 General Obligation Refunding Bonds and the Annual and Five-Year Facility Fees Report for 2024-2025. They also adopted an updated Transitional Kindergarten (TK) Report Card and approved a Global Closeout Amendment with Nuvve Holding Corporation and design and engineering services for EV Charging Stations.
