The Library and Information Technology Services (LITS) strategic plan focuses on six key priorities: staffing and organizational effectiveness, promoting resources and fostering collaboration, supporting instruction, research, and scholarship, enhancing Sewanee's technology ecosystem, data governance and cybersecurity, and improving physical spaces for teaching, learning, and research. The plan aims to position LITS as a strategic partner throughout the University, providing expertise, services, and resources to support Sewanee's academic mission and foster a vibrant, inclusive, and transformative learning environment.
