Southwest New Mexico Council Of Governments Board Meeting Minutes
The board received a presentation from Better City regarding the 2026-2030 Comprehensive Economic Development Strategy (CEDS), which was subsequently approved. The transportation report covered upcoming deadlines for TPF packets, the scheduling of the NM Transportation Construction Conference, and an update on the outdoor recreation plan. The Executive Director's report addressed congressional direct spending deadlines, ICIP training and deadlines, legislative capital bill signing dates, the upcoming NMGRO funding cycle, upcoming procurement workshops provided by the Gila Community Foundation, and the status of the 2024 and 2025 audits.
