Board of Directors of Jurupa Community Services District Resolution
The Board of Directors discussed and authorized adjustments to the wastewater rates. The adjustments include fixed monthly wastewater service rates and variable volumetric charges for residential, institutional, and non-residential customers, as well as specific rates for Inland Empire Brine Line (IEBL) customers. The resolution allows for annual pass-through adjustments to account for increases in wastewater treatment costs from the City of Riverside, the Western Riverside County Regional Wastewater Authority, or IEBL charges from Western Municipal Water District, ensuring that revenues cover the costs of providing wastewater services.

Jurupa Community Services District Notice of Public Hearing
The Jurupa Community Services District is holding a public hearing to consider rate adjustments to water and wastewater service fees. The adjustments are necessary due to increases in water supply costs, the need to develop new water supply sources, the need to replace aging infrastructure, and increases in contracted wastewater treatment costs. The proposed rate adjustments will increase overall water and wastewater system revenue over the next five years. The hearing will also cover how rates are determined, proposed rates for residential, institutional, commercial, and industrial customers, and pass-through provisions when costs exceed current projections.
