The La Plata R-II Continuous School Improvement Plan guides the district's efforts to meet Missouri School Improvement Program (MSIP 6) expectations by fostering collaboration among stakeholders to address student, family, and district needs. Structured around four key pillars—Student Success, Student Development, Leadership, Climate, and Culture, and Staffing and Human Development—the plan aims to prepare students academically, physically, and emotionally to graduate as capable, engaged adults, ready to lead, contribute, and succeed in careers, civic discourse, and community life.
