The Board of Education approved the amended FY2026 budget, which includes the increase in assessed valuation, the lowered operating levy, and the capture of bonds. The board also approved an increase in all substitute pay to ensure competitiveness with neighboring districts and compliance with minimum wage requirements. The Board of Education approved the 2024-2025 audit with no deficiencies noted and the Board of Education filing notice. The Board also approved the updated board manual and the curriculum assessment instruction review with annual performance report (APR). The district APR can be found online. The CSIP is continually reviewed by the Board of Education and agenda items are attached to CSIP goals to communicate how the CSIP is being implemented. A full CSIP revision is scheduled for April. Beginning January 1, 2026, Crest Ridge will implement a new fee structure for damages incurred to district technology devices. Royal Construction has begun the site-clearing process on the North end of the Elementary to prepare for the addition of three classrooms and a bank of restrooms. The project is slated to be complete at the end of Summer 2026.
