City of Long Beach Board of Harbor Commissioners Special Meeting
The board received an update on the South Coast Air Quality Management District's truck incentives and kickstart program. New business included the approval of fund transfer journals, the substantial completion of the Pier E Container Yard/Intermodal Railyard Phase 3 project, and a contract amendment for zero-emissions truck demonstration.
