The meeting included the presentation of the June financial report and staff recognition for years of service. The commission approved resolution 2025-02 authorizing signatory agents for funding applications, updated technically based local limits for industrial pretreatment, and authorized professional services and construction contracts for the Little Maumelle River Basin Study, Candlewood Pump Station upgrades, Adams Field WRF Sludge Transfer Force Main, and the I-440/Springer Diversion Vault project. Additionally, a change order was approved for the Clearwater Maintenance Complex parking lot repairs, and updates were provided on legal matters and CEO highlights.
