The GSD Comprehensive Plan outlines a process for continuous improvement in leadership, teaching, and learning, focusing on nine characteristics of high-achieving schools. These characteristics include a clear and shared vision, high standards and expectations, effective leadership, strong collaboration and communication, curriculum alignment, frequent monitoring of teaching and learning, focused professional development, a supportive learning environment, and high levels of parent and community involvement. The plan also addresses mission, vision, shared values, Portrait of a Graduate, and Gifted Plan and Assurances.
