Following officer elections, the board approved the agenda and minutes from the previous meeting, and approved staff personnel actions from executive session. Key discussion segments included recognitions and appreciations for high-achieving individuals and teams, such as a Shrine Bowl trainer, the women's swim team, Tri District Adult Education staff receiving multiple awards, the Bright Beginnings program achieving Blue Ribbon Affiliate status, and a Transition Specialist receiving the Task MVP award. The Superintendent's report featured a school spotlight on the relaunch of the DARE program at two elementary schools, presented by the Clover Police Department, and a detailed review of the recent school report card ratings, highlighting overall rating improvements in four schools, notably Clover Middle School.

The Clover School District Board of Trustees held a business meeting that included recognitions and a school spotlight. The board recognized 59 students who earned perfect scores on the SC Ready assessments, as well as students who earned the College Board National Recognition Award. The board also discussed the math guaranteed viable curriculum.

The meeting included discussion of the 2026-2027 calendar, with three drafts presented for consideration and feedback from various stakeholders. The drafts address requirements such as the number of school days, teacher workdays, and makeup days, as well as considerations like a full week at Thanksgiving and an earlier end date. The board also discussed the staffing process for the new schools, emphasizing internal transfers and transparent communication with staff.

The Clover School District Board of Trustees held a work session to discuss various topics. A transportation report was presented, including an update on the activity bus fleet, its condition, and potential replacement options, considering factors like safety features, costs, and the increasing demand due to new school additions. The meeting included recognitions for the Oak Ridge Middle School 7th and 8th grade girls basketball teams, the 8th grade boys basketball team, and the wrestling team for winning their respective county championships. Clover High School's varsity girls basketball coach was named Region 3-5A Coach of the Year, and a sophomore boys basketball player received the Region 3 5A Newcomer of the Year award. The Clover High School band students were recognized for earning seats in the South Carolina Band Directors Association All-State Bands, and the Clover High School band director received the National Band Association Citation of Excellence and was named to the South Carolina Band Directors Association Hall of Fame. A special recognition was held to honor the memory of Mr. Joe Gordon, a long-time servant of the Clover School District. During the public forum, a speaker advocated for extending the montessori program.
