The committee reviewed and approved expenditures for the Circuit Court, Register in Probate, Child Support Agency, Court Commissioner, Clerk of Court, District Attorney, Coroner, and the Sheriff's Department. Departmental updates were provided, noting consistent collections and budget status across agencies, with a positive update on the Child Support Agency receiving its 11th consecutive award. Additionally, the committee passed a resolution to honor Keith Hoefs for 17 years of service in the Sheriff's Department, and reviewed general communications and animal shelter reports.

The committee reviewed and approved monthly reports and vouchers for the Veteran Services, Emergency Management, County Clerk, Corporation Counsel, and Administration departments. Additionally, the committee accepted the 2025 Annual Report for the Corporation Counsel department.
