BoardMarch 2022 Board Of Trustees Meeting
The meeting included the president's update, reports from the Academic, Research and Student Success Committee, and the Audit Committee. Discussion topics included renaming Innovation Drive to Fogelman Drive and the business complex to the Robert and Avron Fogelman Business Complex; approval of the annual institutional mission statement; naming the College of Communication and Fine Arts Theatre Building the Edward & Bernice Humphreys Theatre Building; and approval of the FY 2021 risk assessment. The 2022 John W. Nason Award for Board Leadership Recipient was presented, along with a presentation from the Tennessee Higher Education Commission and the Chairman's presentation on the Institute for Veteran and Military Suicide Prevention.
