Key areas of focus include enhancing science instruction, improving literacy skills, strengthening professional learning communities, implementing effective interventions, and fostering a positive school culture and climate. The plan utilizes data-driven decision-making, evidence-based interventions, and collaborative efforts among stakeholders to achieve measurable outcomes in ELA, math, science, and student attendance. Specific strategies include implementing research-based instructional practices, providing targeted interventions, and utilizing PBIS to create a positive school environment.
