The council conducted a special meeting which included a land acknowledgement and the adoption of the agenda. The council entered a closed session to discuss matters related to solicitor-client privilege and instructions for negotiations. Upon returning to open session, the council directed staff to inform the public and Alto that the municipality will reject signing a Confidentiality Information Sharing Agreement. Additionally, a confirmatory by-law was approved before the meeting was adjourned.
