The board conducted a budget work session to review and discuss the fiscal year 2026-2027 budget. The Finance Director and City Manager presented changes from the previously proposed budget to the Council for review and further refinement.

Additional topics included the approval of a contract for playground equipment, a lease agreement for a building at Meadow Park Lake, an airport equipment grant application, and engineering contract amendments for traffic signal upgrades. Furthermore, the Council reviewed updates to municipal codes and made appointments to various boards, including the Health and Educational Facilities Board, the Housing Authority Board, and the Building Codes Board of Appeals.
