The President's Annual Report to the Board of Trustees will cover the 2022-2025 Strategic Plan, FY2025 financial results, and the 2025-2028 Strategic Plan Resolution. Additional items for consideration include candidates for degree, the report of the Compensation Committee with managerial and presidential salary adjustments, personnel actions, contract renewals, and submitting a Capital Improvement Fund Grant Application. The Nomination and Governance Committee will present a review of bylaws, consideration of the Chair and Vice Chair, and committee assignments.
