The agenda includes the consideration of a conditional use permit for a 19-unit multi-family apartment complex, findings of fact regarding a car dealership permit, and findings of fact for amended ordinances covering traffic studies and fence regulations. Additionally, the commission will address the adoption of amended ordinances related to artificial turf, definitions, and landscaping requirements, along with a report on ex parte communications or conflicts of interest and an administrative report on city happenings.

The council conducted a swearing-in ceremony for the new Police Chief and Police Captain, reviewed and adopted seasonal water use restrictions, and received a financial report from the City Administrator. Updates were also provided on the design processes for Meridian and 91 and the upcoming bidding for the Pendlebury design project.

The Commission addressed various street safety and infrastructure projects, including plans for school zone speed limit adjustments, downtown parking ordinance signage, and disabled parking policy considerations. Updates were provided on the Pendlebury Lane construction timeline, the development of City Well 14, and the construction of new shop facilities by the Water and Street Departments.
