Cascade Public Schools Strategic Plan
This document outlines the Cascade Public Schools' Knowledge-Based Strategic Governance (KBSG) model, a framework designed to ensure strategic analysis and continuous relevance in meeting student, staff, and community needs, with the ultimate goal of enhancing student achievement. Key pillars of this governance model include a vision of high expectations for student achievement, shared beliefs and values, accountability, collaborative relationships, data-driven continuous improvement, alignment and sustainment of resources, a united governance team, ongoing team development, and embracing innovation. The strategic direction aims for consistent excellence in governance, leading to agile programs and services that effectively respond to evolving educational landscapes. Components of the district's underlying Strategic Plan include five-year goals focused on Student Achievement, Collaboration, Environment/Facilities, Communication and Community Engagement, and Technology.
