Oregon Elementary School Strategic Plan 2026-2027
This document outlines Oregon Elementary School's strategic priorities and goals for the current academic year, aligning with the OCSD 220 district strategic plan. The plan is structured around three core pillars: Performance, focusing on enhancing academic achievement by increasing student scores on MAP assessments; Systems, aimed at strengthening instructional consistency through the effective implementation of the CKLA reading curriculum; and Culture, dedicated to fostering a safe, supportive, and connected school environment by improving staff confidence in behavior management and reducing office referrals.
