The 2023-2025 strategic plan focuses on building upon the university's strengths amidst disruption and change caused by the COVID-19 pandemic. Guided by the mission, vision, and strategic priorities of Recruitment, Retention, and Relationships, the plan identifies five primary institutional objectives: Student Success, Advancing Knowledge, Forging Strong Relationships, Inclusive Excellence, and Resource Management. Key areas of focus include enhancing student learning experiences, fostering research and innovation, building collaborative relationships, promoting diversity and inclusion, and ensuring a sustainable operating budget.
