The public hearing will present the County's Proposed FY 2024 CDBG Application and the on-behalf-of FY 2024 CDBG Application for the Borough of Waynesburg, and the Townships of Cumberland and Franklin, and the use of CDBG funds. The County and O.B.O.s propose to use FY 2024 CDBG Program funds for general administration, clearance and demo, housing rehabilitation, sewer relining, and sewer improvements.
The meeting included committee reports from the Police Department, Zoning and Code Enforcement, Parks and Recreation, and Budget and Finance. A Budget Round Table was scheduled for October 23rd. The board discussed holding fall cleanup days from September 23-26. Agreements were approved for heavy hauling with Greylock Production LLC and J & E Hardwoods.
