This document, known as 'The Kingdom Way,' outlines the foundational cultural principles for Oklahoma Christian University. It establishes three core tenets: prioritizing the good and welfare of all stakeholders, cultivating a campus culture characterized by humility, kindness, respect, joy, and trust, and depending on divine influence to achieve outcomes beyond conventional expectations.
