The council reviewed and discussed the new Tiffin Fire Station project, focusing on staffing strategies, future funding opportunities, and call volume data. Additionally, proposed membership rate structures for the new Recreation Center were evaluated, with staff directed to refine pricing options. The meeting included the second reading of an ordinance to rezone a lot within the Park Place City Center and the approval of an appointment to the Planning and Zoning Commission.
