It emphasizes preserving natural and cultural resources, fostering distinct neighborhoods, developing diverse mixed-use centers, revitalizing downtown as a vibrant hub, strengthening regional employment, establishing a comprehensive recreation and park system, and creating viable, safe, and interconnected mobility options for all citizens.
