The claims covered various expenses, including wellness shirts, travel registrations, equine therapy, collection services, postage, employee benefits, central appraisal, legal services, professional fees, telephone communications, equipment repairs, office supplies, remote birth certificates, gas, oil, and maintenance, translator/interpreter services, visiting judges, grand judges, court-appointed services, and equipment/furniture.
