The Bristol Township Zoning Board convened a regular meeting to consider five applications requiring variances or special exceptions. Key agenda items included requests for variances concerning impervious surface limits for deck construction at two separate residential properties, which resulted in one denial and one approval. Another application sought a variance to allow a storage shed as the principal use on a residential property, which was approved. A request for a special exception to allow residential conversion for two rental units was approved with one dissenting vote. Finally, an application requested a variance for off-street parking requirements to permit the construction of a small outdoor dining area at a commercial plaza, which was approved.

The Township Council meeting agenda included presentations such as Certificates of Appreciation to students and the State of the Township 2025 Year in Review. The Bristol Township Planning Commission meeting included discussions and recommendations regarding several key issues. The commission considered recommending the Council designate multiple residential properties as blighted. Additionally, they reviewed and recommended to the Council a preliminary/final subdivision approval for a property on Grieb Ave, including several requested waivers related to plan presentation, scaling, utility details, street trees, curbs, and slope edges.
