The meeting will include a review and approval of the 2022-23 JOM Annual Report and the election of 2023-24 JOM IEC Officers for the positions of Vice-Chairman and Secretary. Discussion will also cover updates regarding tribal programs.

The meeting agenda includes a review of committee officers' roles and responsibilities, parent committee elections and officer selections, scheduling a meeting with the Chickasaw team for JOM parent IEC training, a review of the JOM program, review and approval of JOM IEC bylaws, review and approval of the 2022-23 JOM budget and contract, discussion and implementation of a needs assessment process, discussion of current JOM supplies availability, and discussion of implementing a Pauls Valley JOM Facebook page.

The meeting agenda includes reviewing committee officer roles and responsibilities, the JOM program, and approving the JOM IEC bylaws and 2023-24 budget and contract. Discussions will also cover cultural speakers/performers, a needs assessment, JOM supplies, and the continuation of the JOM Facebook page.

The meeting will review the approved budget and discuss needs for remaining funds, parent IEC training, implementation of a Facebook page, results of a needs assessment, and recommendations for next year's budget.
