The Council reviewed the Protective Services Quarterly Report and the Vapour Testing Report. Public hearings and readings were held for the Land Use Bylaw amendment and the Off-Site Levy bylaw. The council approved the revised Residential Development Incentive Program policy and received reports from the Chief Administrative Officer and O-NET. During a closed session, the council discussed matters exempt from disclosure, finalized various public appointments to the Olds Municipal Library Board, the Mountain View Power Committee, and the Economic Development Action Committee, and removed a member from the Olds Fibre Ltd. Board of Directors.
