Oklahoma Christian University Guiding Principles
This document, known as 'The Kingdom Way,' outlines the foundational cultural principles for Oklahoma Christian University. It establishes three core tenets: prioritizing the good and welfare of all stakeholders, cultivating a campus culture characterized by humility, kindness, respect, joy, and trust, and depending on divine influence to achieve outcomes beyond conventional expectations. These principles are intended to guide the university's actions and foster a thriving community.
