North Platte Planning Commission Special Meeting
The commission reviewed and acted on several development and zoning applications. These included the approval of the Industrial Park Subdivision 10th Replat, the vacation of Cody Avenue, and a conditional use permit for the North Platte Opportunity Center to provide office space. Additionally, recommendations were made to rezone properties on South Walnut for commercial use and South Bailey Avenue for a car wash development. The commission also discussed the draft of the updated City of North Platte Comprehensive Plan and Zoning Regulations.
