This document provides an update on the Office for the Prevention of Harassment and Discrimination's (OPHD) implementation plan, which was developed in response to recommendations from Cozen and State Auditors. The plan focuses on enhancing administrative processes for responding to reports, proactive prevention and education, and establishing restorative practices. Key strategic areas address strengthening internal processes, increasing OPHD awareness, and effectively responding to various conduct concerns. Ongoing priorities include formalizing prevention programs, improving conflict resolution mechanisms, and fostering collaboration with campus partners.

This Library Impact Report details the University Library's activities and achievements for the 2024-2025 academic year, emphasizing its commitment to advancing student success through equitable access to information, tools for knowledge creation, and connection to a scholarly community. The report highlights efforts in instruction and research support, expansion of collections and technology resources, preservation of special and regional collections, and community outreach and engagement. Looking forward, the library aims to realign services for greater impact, enhance support for digital creation, embed services into learning networks, and foster a strong scholarly community.
