Under engineering matters, agreements were approved with Young & Associates for the Styx Creek Flood Mitigation Master Plan and for engineering services related to a KDOT CCLIP Grant application. An executive session was held to discuss matters privileged in the attorney-client relationship. A consent agenda covering payroll, purchases for the Wastewater Treatment Plant, and the January Warrant Register was also approved.
