The meeting included discussions and approvals for a personnel addendum, authorization of the Superintendent as a signer for LOG, parent Pre-K fees for 2025-2026, and a contract and invoice for the Five Star FSL Video Curriculum, as well as an invoice from Navigate 360, LLC.

The meeting included recognitions of Elizabeth Vandiver's retirement after 21 years of teaching. The board reviewed LBMS fundraisers and a memorandum of voting conflict. They also addressed the personnel agenda and addendum. Key actions involved approving the position control and staffing plan for 2025-2026, the Union County District Salary Schedule, gate worker matrix, payroll calendar, a contract with Sivic Solutions Medicaid Billing Services, and the monthly financial report for May 2025. Additionally, the state adoption of personal finance for 2024-2025, membership in the North East Florida Educational Consortium for 2025-2026, an Autism Spectrum Disorders program, and permission to proceed with a secure LOC with DLP Bank were approved. Budget and finance, curriculum and instruction, exceptional student services, facilities, food service, parent/community involvement, public relations, business partners, safety and security, staff/human resources, technology, and transportation were open for discussion.
