The board received status updates on multiple ongoing litigation matters, including cases involving the North Pocono School District and the School District of Pittsburgh's objections to the 2020 Common Level Ratio for Allegheny County. Additionally, the board discussed updates regarding website publications for 2024 Common Level Ratios, specifically regarding county-wide reassessments performed in 2025.

The board received and discussed litigation updates regarding several legal matters, including Boguslavsky v. N. Pocono Sch. Dist., Vaysburd v. N. Pocono Sch. Dist., and School District of Pittsburgh vs STEB. It was noted that most cases remain in the discovery phase, and the board is currently not required to take further action on these items. Regarding the litigation with the School District of Pittsburgh, the board was informed that the Attorney General's office will handle its representation and a briefing schedule has been established by the Commonwealth Court.

The meeting included an executive session followed by the public comment section, which had no attendees providing comments. Under Old Business, the Board unanimously approved the minutes from the September 17, 2025 meeting. Litigation updates were provided concerning multiple cases before the Commonwealth Court, including Boguslavsky v. N. Pocono Sch. Dist., et al., regarding motions for summary relief being denied or matters continuing due to genuine issues of material fact, and Vaysburd v. N. Pocono Sch. Dist., et al., which remains inactive. Additionally, the Board unanimously agreed to table the decision regarding the School District of Pittsburgh's objections to the Recalculated 2020 Common Level Ratio for Allegheny County pending final review of the order. It was also noted that the Leechburg Area SD withdrew its appeal after completing its data review. The New Business section contained no items, and the meeting concluded after a motion to adjourn.
