Town of Otis Select Board/ Board of Health Meeting Minutes

The Select Board and Board of Health discussed and adopted a new draft food policy for events. Updates were provided regarding the restoration progress and total expenditures for the former St. Paul's church, now the Otis Cultural Center, and approval was granted for a showcase event for potential donors. The Board discussed the development of operational guidelines for a swap shop, approved the appointment of an election worker, reviewed payroll and vendor warrants, and addressed miscellaneous topics including the placement of a flag wall and upcoming committee appointments.
