The board reviewed and accepted the treasurer's report and authorized the payment of outstanding claims. The session included a review of correspondence and reports from the LMO, Land Management, and Buffer/CREP technicians. Actions taken included the approval of the 2025 Profit & Loss Budget report, the 2026 Budget, MDA water sampling initiatives, a well seal cost-share project, and multiple no-till soil health practice agreements. Additionally, the board approved a certificate of deposit renewal and recognized the winners of a prize drawing from the Jackson Farm, Home & Health Expo.

The board discussed and took action on several administrative and financial items, including the approval of claims for payment and the review of various staff and director reports. Actions were approved for specific soil health delivery and conservation contracts involving grassed waterways and residue management. The board also authorized expenditures and administrative updates, such as increasing a debit card limit, purchasing equipment accessories, renewing certificates of deposit at specified interest rates, and registering for the county fair booth.

Furthermore, the board addressed Soil Health Practices contracts, including an amendment and a payment for cover crop practices.
