The board held a work session which included a training presentation by Casey Merrifield regarding organizational strategic planning, titled 'Strategy - A Plan for the Future'.

The meeting includes the review and approval of purchase orders for the fiscal year 2022-2023, along with processing recurring invoices. Additionally, the authority will address new business matters that were not foreseeable prior to the agenda posting.

The meeting focused on the evaluation and assignment of bid packages for the CAPPS Park project to the Construction Manager, Joe D Hall, General Contractors, LLC, covering diverse tasks such as site demolition, landscaping, electrical work, and construction. Additionally, the Authority reviewed and processed Purchase Orders and recurring invoices for the fiscal year.
