The committee addressed various residential covenant violations, authorizing legal action where necessary. Discussions regarding commercial items included proposed artwork revisions, a shopping center criteria revision, a variance request for parking lot and building lighting, and several variance requests for signage. Residential applications were reviewed, resulting in decisions on short-term rental applications, fence and shed variances, room additions, and sidewalk and driveway width variances.

The committee convened to conduct a review and disposition of numerous residential property applications, including room additions, solar panels, color changes, paving, tree removals, privacy screens, driveways, storage sheds, summer kitchens, patio covers, swimming pools, artificial turf, and outdoor structures. Additionally, the agenda included a report on the staff approval list and provisions for committee member and staff comments.

The committee held an election for the Chairperson, Vice Chairperson, and Elections Committee Representative for the 2026-2027 term. The committee reviewed and acted upon several residential property applications, which included requests for color changes, lighting, tree removals, play structures, paving, pavers, storage sheds, solar panels, walkways, swimming pools, patio covers, summer kitchens, outdoor bathrooms, fencing, artificial turf, patios, and various home improvements. Additionally, the committee heard a public comment regarding an application.

The committee reviewed and acted upon a list of residential design applications for improvements such as fences, pergolas, solar panels, material and color changes, window replacements, wood accents, walkways, patio covers, storage sheds, roof replacements, tree removals, swimming pools, summer kitchens, and artificial turf installations. The staff approval list was accepted, and committee members discussed their future availability for upcoming meetings.

The committee reviewed and acted upon property improvement applications, including swimming pool installations and patio covers, as detailed in the attached exhibit. Additionally, staff provided information regarding an upcoming Elections Committee meeting.
