The Master Plan for the Charter Township of Plymouth provides a long-range policy guide for land use, development, and public investment. It aims to enhance quality of life and sustainable development by focusing on protecting and enhancing residential neighborhoods, strengthening the economic base, improving traffic safety and mobility, promoting environmental stewardship, and encouraging reinvestment in commercial corridors. The plan is built upon five themes: Housing and Neighborhoods, Mobility and Transportation, Environmental Sustainability, Civic and Community Planning, and Economic Vitality and Fiscal Responsibility, to foster well-planned communities and a resilient local economy.
