Chenango Forks Central School District Board of Education Reorganization Meeting and Regular Meeting
The Board conducted its annual reorganization meeting, which included the administration of oaths of office to the newly elected board member, the Board President, Vice President, Superintendent, and Clerk of the Board. Numerous appointments were made for the 2026-2027 school year, including the Legislative Committee, Voting Delegates, Dignity Act Coordinators, District Treasurer, and various other district officers and consultants. The Board also established regular meeting dates, designated depositories for funds, approved mileage reimbursement rates, and authorized the issuance of obligations. Policy updates were reviewed and approved, including the Code of Conduct, Student Attendance, Parent and Family Engagement, Mission Statement, and Student Harassment and Bullying Prevention. Personnel actions were taken regarding leaves of absence, appointments, resignations, and coaching assignments. Financial business, such as the approval of credit cards, facility use charges, meal prices, and tax bill correction procedures, was also finalized.
