Updates were provided on the Community Center construction, addressing issues with window water tests, and the Godown Park dog park, where construction is on hold due to winter weather.

The Northeast Corridor Area Plan for the City of Worthington focuses on repositioning the Northeast Corridor area to be more attractive and competitive, guiding recommendations for economic development, land use, and sustainability. Key goals include creating high-wage, high-growth jobs, redeveloping the area with environmentally sustainable practices, and attracting future-forward industries such as renewable and clean energy. The plan also emphasizes placemaking, improved infrastructure, and connections to nature, with strategies for marketing, zoning updates, and capital planning to support these objectives.

The Policy Agenda for 2024-2026 outlines various initiatives and plans, including comprehensive housing and economic development strategies, sustainability efforts, and infrastructure improvements. It prioritizes community waste reduction, parking evaluations, and support systems like deer management. The agenda also focuses on diversity, equity, and inclusion, older adult services, mental health response, and multi-modal transportation, with a method for re-sequencing initiatives based on alignment, time-sensitivity, and resource attraction.

The Age-Friendly Worthington Action Plan focuses on creating a livable community for people of all ages and abilities. It prioritizes information sharing, ensuring residents are well-informed about available programs and services. The plan aims to support residents in remaining in their homes and communities by developing support systems and exploring transportation options. Additionally, it promotes intergenerational community building to foster connections and combat ageism, as well as restoring and strengthening connections to address social isolation and enhance overall well-being.
