The request concerned the use of stamped architectural concrete panels instead of the masonry materials required by the unified development ordinance. The Board engaged in a public hearing and subsequently voted to approve the variance and the accompanying findings of fact. The council approved an ordinance for an additional appropriation from the capital projects fund to the redevelopment district capital fund. The council designated Fusion Pub and Craft House LLC as a permittee within the downtown refreshment area.
