The primary goal is to achieve financial self-sufficiency, with immediate priorities focused on infrastructure improvements such as resurfacing the main runway, rehabilitating the main apron, upgrading the terminal building, developing additional hangar space, expanding infrastructure, extending the taxiway, and acquiring a new snowplow.
