The governing board held elections for its new Chair and Vice Chair for the upcoming school year and formally issued a proclamation for Disability Pride Month. Additionally, the district confirmed the renewal of the summer meals program to provide equitable access to student nutrition.

The board meeting focused on several key operational and policy-related items. Reports were presented regarding the District Equity Advisory Committee, the Immigration Response Workgroup, and the Superintendent's Year-End Report covering instructional systems and organizational capacity. The board also reviewed and confirmed several items including financial statements, enrollment reports, and facility improvement projects. Additionally, the board presented the Triple C awards to honor district employees for their dedication, caring, and creativity. Notable recipients were Adrienne Harden, recognized for her long-standing contributions to the Future Business Leaders of America program and community service initiatives, and Justin Dal, acknowledged for his exceptional administrative support and commitment to enhancing school communication processes.
